If you have sent a booking request and not received a reply I apologise and would be grateful if you could
email me again with your request. I do my best to respond to queries within 24 hours. If you haven't had a reply
within 48 hours, I would also appreciate it if you could email me again and contact me by telephone (there is an answering
machine on the land line and my mobile is always on). I've had a few instances lately of my replys being bounced back
