Location
Dalfaber Golf and Country Club borders the famous river Spey, beneath the splendour of the imposing Cairngorm mountains - the UK's largest winter sports area.
The Cairngorms, now Scotland's second National Park and Cairngorm Mountains Funicular Railway is proving to be one of Scotland's top tourist attactions, with magnificent views, and an exhibition area. Landmark Forest Heritage Park at Carrbridge, beautiful Loch Morlich and the Spey Valley Steam Railway are more of the area's outstanding attractions.
Filming of the BBC series "Monarch of the Glen" was carried out in the area and it is possible to visit many of the locations.
Facilities
Dalfaber has its own 9 hole golf course which you will be free to use for the duration of your stay. Other outdoor facilities include a children's play area, tennis, river fishing, mountain biking and walking, with water sports, pony trekking, clay pigeon shooting, off road driving, ski-ing all available nearby.

The beautiful Spey Valley Golf Course borders part of the existing 9 hole course at Dalfaber. It is an 18 hole championship course which has been designed by Dave Thomas. Extensive practice facilities and a new clubhouse will be open soon. Visitors to the Dalfaber Resort pay a reduced green fee.
The resort also boasts a beautiful swimming pool with jacuzzi, large indoor sports hall with tennis, badminton and squash courts, snooker room, children's play room and a well equipped gym. There is also a beauty salon and hairdresser.
Rafters restaurant and the lounge bar offer an excellent choice of dining with entertainment several times a week.
